<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi is there anyway to add unexisting degrees of freedom to an element in ansys? I am using a link element (link8) which has translational degrees of freedom in x y an z directions but would like to extend it to have rotational degree of freedom about the z axis. Can someone please help.
