I have been working in ANSYS for quite a few time now. Rightnow i am working on a circular shaft. after meshing the shaft with solid45 element type i want to apply the loads at the free end of shaft and the forces need to be tangent to each node of the shaft to provide overall torque for torsional analysis. please help me out in this regard. i tried shifting Coordinates system from Cartesian to rectangular but that is effective only in modelling not with applying loads. need help!
