Modal analysis of Tractor Semi trailer (2D model)

    Hai

    I have used MPC 184 element in Ansys to model the hinge between tractor and trailer. But when I perform modal analysis, it results with frequency of zero and mode shapes are in z direction.

    I have used beam3, combin14 (uy direction) and mass element.

    Pl suggest me how to model the system.
