I designed a part in solidworks using weldment (piping structure)....
When i saved the file in *.igs and import it to ansys workbench it takes a lot of time and secondly some surface part show 0 thickness error pls help to solve the problem.

for testing purpose i gave a thickness of .1mm to the surface showing error...
then on meshing after taking a long time i got an error......
Error: The mesher did not generate any nodes. All geometry may have been defeatured away.
